4. Can I get expedited shipping?

We take great care to protect your items. If your lamp is accidentally damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. You'll need to provide clear photos of the damage to both the product and its packaging. We'll verify the issue and provide a solution as soon as possible, which may include a return, exchange, or replacement.

6. What are your lamps made of, and what kind of bulbs do they use?

7. Can I customize a lamp?
Yes, we offer custom services, including custom colors and sloped ceilings, light chains, and cord mounting options. All custom services are subject to an additional charge. 8. Can I customize the cord length?
Absolutely. We offer custom cord lengths to fit specific room heights, especially for high ceilings. To request a custom length, please contact our customer service team before you order.
9. How heavy are the lamps? Do I need to reinforce my ceiling?
Lightweight, single-head pendant lamps generally don't require any ceiling reinforcement. For larger or heavier lamps, we recommend consulting a qualified electrician to ensure your ceiling can safely support the weight.
10. How do I clean and maintain my lamp?
Our lamps are simple to maintain. Just wipe the lamp regularly with a soft, dry cloth. To avoid damaging the finish, do not use harsh chemical cleaners.
11. Are your LEDs and bulbs thyristor-dimmable?
Please ensure that the bulbs you purchase are clearly marked as thyristor dimmable. LED light strips can be purchased with thyristor dimmable but do not come with a dimmer.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item, you can contact our customer service team within 30 days of receipt to request a return or exchange.
