Shipping policy

1. Shipping Destination and items located

1.1 We exclusively ship to addresses within the United States.
  • Delivery Exclusions: The United States delivery areas do not include Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii State, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the United States Virgin Islands (USVI).
  • Address Restrictions: Orders can only be shipped to valid addresses in the contiguous United States; PO boxes/APO/FPO addresses are not accepted.
  • International Inquiries: If you are located outside the United States and wish to purchase our products, please contact our customer support team for further assistance.

1.2 Our factories are in China, and we will ship your package directly from our Chinese factory.

2. Order Processing and Delivery Time

Order Cut-off Time

Daily order cut-off time is 6:00 pm (PST). Orders received after this time will not be processed on the same day.

Processing Time

We ship packages within 1 - 5 working days of your order. During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Delivery Timeframes

Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time.
  • Standard Shipping: Free of charge. Most orders are delivered within 20-30 natural days from order placement.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivers orders in 7-15 working days. Shipping costs for expedited service are determined by the order amount (see Section 3 for details).
  • Note: Delivery time may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs inspection, severe weather, strikes, or carrier-related issues.

We partner with reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS EMS, which provide insurance and tracking services. Shipping times are subject to each carrier's daily cut-off time and warehouse turnaround.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email notification with a tracking number. You can track your shipment through the following methods:

  • Use the carrier's website (e.g., https://www.17track.net) with the provided tracking number.
  • If your order has just been shipped, please allow 3 - 5 business days for tracking information to update. If there is no update for several days while the order is in transit, the tracking information will typically be updated when the parcel reaches the next shipping station (this may take 3 - 7 business days). Please wait patiently for updates.
  • If you encounter issues with tracking, please contact our customer support team.

5. Address Changes

  • Please double-check your shipping address for accuracy during checkout. We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered packages, or additional costs resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Once the package is in transit, we cannot change the delivery address. If you need to modify the address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • Address modification requests may be subject to fees charged by the logistics carrier (e.g., address change fee, additional redelivery cost for distant new addresses). You will be invoiced for these additional costs, which must be paid at the time of modification. We cannot guarantee the successful modification of the address.

6. Shipping Delays

We strive to meet the estimated delivery times. In the event of delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, customs inspections, strikes), we or our delivery partners will notify you of reasonable changes to the estimated delivery date.
  • If your order is delayed, please contact our customer support team within a reasonable time frame for assistance.
  • If we cannot deliver your order within 90 days, we will: (a) notify you; (b) cancel your order; (c) issue a full refund; (d) resend a new one.

7. Order Cancellations

  • If you contact us to cancel your order after 24 hours and the order has not yet shipped, a processing fee of $50 per order will be charged. This is because we have already begun preparing your order after the 24-hour window.
    Cancellations requested within 24 hours are free of charge.
  • We regret that we cannot cancel orders that are already in transit or have been processed.

8. Import Tax, VAT, and Duties

  • Once you place your order successfully, no additional charges will be incurred from our side. However, in rare cases, local customs may levy VAT, import taxes, or other fees. Such charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
  • If you receive a tax notice from customs, please pay the tax first and then contact our customer support team with the payment receipt. We will refund the tax amount to you.
  • We recommend checking your local customs policy for detailed information on import tax thresholds and regulations. We are happy to assist with providing necessary paperwork if required.

9. Lost, Stolen, Damaged, or Missing Items

  • If your order is stuck at customs, sent back, lost, or damaged during delivery, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will offer options such as a refund or replacement.
  • If the package is damaged or lost due to shipping, we will send you a replacement free of charge.
  • If the package is returned to the place of shipment due to loss, theft, or misdelivery, we provide re-shipment service, which is a paid service (costs depend on the package size and weight).
  • If a package is marked as "delivered" but cannot be located, it may be nearby or still on the delivery truck. Please wait one business day for delivery. If the package is still missing, you must contact the logistics carrier to request a "trace" within 7 days of the marked delivery date. A trace confirmation is required to be eligible for a replacement or refund. We cannot file a loss claim with the carrier outside this period.
  • For orders with multiple items, they may be shipped separately to optimize delivery times and minimize delays.
