We are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Vidir Lighting. If you are not satisfied with your order, please refer to the following return, exchange, and refund policy for detailed guidance.

Q: My tracking number is active. Can I still cancel?

A: No. If your tracking number is active, it means the order has left our factory in Asia and is in transit. We cannot intercept or cancel the shipment at this stage.
Details: Your package is traveling from our factory in Asia. It's either on a large shipping boat (Standard) or a fast cargo plane (Expedited). In both cases, it's mixed with thousands of other packages and cannot be pulled out.

What's Next: Please wait for the item to arrive. Once you receive it, contact our support team, and we will assist you with the return process for a refund in accordance with our policy.

Return and Exchange Period

You may apply for a return or exchange within 30 days from the date you receive your order. This right of return is guaranteed by applicable legislation, and no justification is required for exercising it. If you fail to initiate a return within this period, your right to return will expire.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must meet the following conditions:
  • The product must be in new, unused condition with no signs of wear, damage, or use.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all labels intact and all accompanying accessories (if applicable).
  • You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email).

We do not accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

We reserve the right to reject return or exchange requests if:
  • Custom-made or personalized products: Items produced according to your specific specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The return/exchange request exceeds the 30-day period from receipt of the order.
  • The product shows obvious signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by our shipping or product defects.
  • The product is incomplete, missing parts, or not in its original condition due to no fault of Vidir Lighting.
  • The return is initiated for reasons unrelated to product quality, defects, or shipping errors (see "Return Shipping Costs" below for details).

Defective or Incorrectly Delivered Products

If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt) via email or phone. In such cases:
  • Return shipping costs will be fully borne by Vidir Lighting.
  • We will either replace the product with a new one or provide a full refund, including the original delivery costs.

Return Shipping Costs

  • borne by Vidir Lighting: Returns due to product defects, incorrect delivery, or shipping damage (subject to verification).
  • borne by the customer: Returns initiated for personal reasons, including but not limited to:
    1. The product does not meet personal expectations (e.g., color, design, or features).
    2. Size mismatches based on personal judgment.
    3. Change of mind or no longer needing the product.
    4. Ordering the wrong item or quantity.
    5. Failure to read the product description thoroughly, leading to unexpected features or specifications.

Exchange Policy

We accept product exchanges subject to the above return eligibility criteria. For exchanges:
  • The original order amount will be applied toward the new product.
  • If the new product is more expensive, you must pay the difference.
  • If the new product is cheaper, we will refund the difference via bank transfer.
  • For international exchanges, customs duties and import taxes may apply, and these fees are the responsibility of the customer (varies by country).

Step-by-Step Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
  1. Review this policy to confirm your order is eligible for return.
  2. Contact our support team: Send an email to support@Vidirlighting.com or call (+1) 213-770-8807 to notify us of your return intention. For defective products, please attach photos/videos as evidence.
  3. Complete the Returns Form: We will send you a return form to fill out, including your order number and return reason (optional).
  4. Receive return instructions: After verifying your request, we will provide the official return address (see below) and additional guidance within 3-5 business days.
  5. Ship the product: Send the product (with original packaging, accessories, and order confirmation) to the specified return address. You are responsible for selecting the courier and covering shipping costs (unless eligible for free return).
  6. Provide tracking information: Email us the tracking number of your return shipment to ensure we can monitor delivery.
  7. Return verification & processing: We will inspect the returned product upon receipt. Refunds or exchanges will be processed in accordance with this policy.
Note: We do not accept unapproved returns or packages sent to an incorrect address. Returns without a completed Returns Form will not be processed.

Official Return Address

All returned items must be shipped to our designated Asia warehouse for processing. After your return request is approved, we will send you the detailed Asia warehouse address separately via email. Please strictly follow the approved address to ship the returned items—any shipments sent to an unapproved address or without prior approval will not be processed. 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the 30-day return policy, customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, with no justification required. To qualify:
  • The product must remain unused, in its original condition, with intact tags and packaging.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refund Processing

  • After we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you via email of the refund approval status.
  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date we are informed of your return decision.
  • For bank card payments, refunds will be credited to the original payment method, and you will receive the exact net amount collected by Vidir Lighting.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund (varies by financial institution).
  • If more than 30 days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact our support team.
