Leonie Alabaster Lantern Floor Lamp

The Leonie Alabaster Lantern Floor Lamp is a natural alabaster floor lamp with a lantern-shaped stone shade raised on a slender fluted column, finished with acanthus leaf collars, a domed crown and a round pedestal base in antique bronze-finished brass.

Switched on, the stone glows from within, its cream, white and honey veining rising through the shade like clouds at sunset. The light is soft and glare-free, the kind of ambient glow that makes a living room feel calm and a hallway feel welcoming in the evening.

At 37.4″ tall on a slim 7.9″ base, the Leonie is a low accent floor lamp. Its glow sits at about sofa-back height, so it lights a corner, a reading chair or the foot of a staircase without towering over the room, and its compact footprint fits where a wide lamp would not.

Its classical column is ribbed from top to bottom and ringed with leaf-decorated collars, while the antique bronze finish gives the brass a softly aged warmth. Pair it with the Leonie Alabaster Lantern Table Lamp for a coordinated, collected look.

Is the shade real alabaster?

Yes. The lantern shade is natural alabaster, a translucent stone that glows warm when lit. Tone and veining vary from piece to piece, so every lamp is one of a kind.

How tall is the Leonie floor lamp?

It stands Ø 7.9″ × H 37.4″ (Dia 20 cm × H 95 cm). That makes it a low accent floor lamp: its glow sits at about sofa-back height for a soft, ambient light rather than a reading light.

Where does it look best?

Beside a sofa or armchair, in a living room or bedroom corner, by a fireplace or at the foot of a staircase. Its slim 7.9″ base fits into tight spaces where a wide lamp would not.

What bulb does it use?

It takes an E12 candelabra bulb (E14 outside the US), max 40W, and the bulb is not included. A warm white 2700K LED bulb brings out the honey tones of the stone best.

How do I switch it on, and can it dim?

It has a push-button on/off switch. For dimmable light, use a dimmable bulb with a compatible plug-in lamp dimmer, or contact us and we will help you choose.

How long is the power cord?
