My biggest worry when buying fragile stone lighting is shipping damage. However, the packaging was incredibly robust, and everything—from the stone components to the chains—arrived in perfect condition. Customer service was also very responsive.
We hung it in the master bedroom; the light is gentle and glare-free, making it ideal for reading or unwinding before bed. The metal chain adds a touch of industrial-vintage style to the room.

I hesitated for a long time about hanging this over the kitchen island, but it turned out to be the perfect decision! Because it’s natural alabaster, the veining varies slightly from piece to piece—which actually proves it’s authentic stone rather than an acrylic mold.
The stone is heavy; installation by two people is recommended.
The fixture is beautiful! Since it’s genuine alabaster, it has a solid, weighty feel to it. I’d recommend having a professional electrician or a second person help with the installation. It was packed very securely, so there wasn't a scratch on it.
All my concerns vanished once I received and installed it. The stone’s natural luster is something industrial coatings simply can't replicate. It hangs above my open-concept kitchen, and even when the light is off, its natural veining makes it look like a piece of sculptural art suspended in the air.
