Is the glass really hand-blown?

Yes. Every ribbed tube is mouth-blown by hand — never machine-pressed or molded acrylic. Because it's hand-blown, each tube has tiny ripples and gentle variations that are unique to your piece, which is the mark of real artisan glass, not a defect.

What bulbs does it take, and can it be dimmed?

It uses standard E12/E14 bulbs—either LED or Edison style. Dimming functionality is available if a compatible dimmable bulb is connected to a dimmer switch. (Please purchase dimmable light bulbs if you require dimming.)

Which size should I choose?

Is it hard to install?

It's a hardwired ceiling fixture. Assembling the individual glass tubes takes a little patience, but the instructions are clear and all parts are included. For the larger tiers we recommend an electrician, and always switch off the power at the breaker first.

Will the glass arrive safely?

Yes. Every ribbed tube is individually wrapped and packed in thick protective foam inside a reinforced box. In the rare case something arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with photos and we'll make it right.

How do I clean it?

Wipe each glass tube gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive pads. Always switch off and let bulbs cool before cleaning.
