Ginkgo Vine Linear Chandelier
An autumn branch, caught in gold
Every autumn the ginkgo tree turns gardens and streets into rivers of fan-shaped leaves. It is one of the oldest trees on Earth, a living fossil that has watched over temples for millions of years, and in many cultures it stands for longevity, peace and hope.
This ginkgo leaf chandelier brings that moment indoors. A slender gold iron branch twists along the length of your table like a vine grown across the ceiling. White ceramic ginkgo leaves unfold from every curve, and soft opal glass globes rest among them like fruit lit from within.
Its long, horizontal shape makes it a natural dining room chandelier and kitchen island light: the glow spreads evenly along the whole table instead of pooling in one spot, while the white leaves catch and soften it.
Choose 100 cm for most dining tables, or 148 cm for long tables and kitchen islands. The gold and white palette suits French country, modern classic, Japandi and botanical interiors, beside wood, marble and linen.
Three materials, one branch
Each part of the Ginkgo Vine is made from the material that suits it best, so the chandelier looks light and natural but is built to last.
Gold iron branch
A strong iron frame is bent into gentle waves and finished in warm gold, carrying every leaf and globe without visible bulk.
Opal glass globes
Milky white glass hides the G9 bulb and turns it into a soft, even glow that is comfortable to sit beneath.
White ceramic leaves
Each ginkgo leaf is ceramic, with a smooth white finish that catches the light and keeps its shape and colour for years.
Choose your length
A linear chandelier looks best at about half to two-thirds the length of the table or island below it. Both sizes are drawn to the same scale.

Cord length and custom installation
Every room is different, so the Ginkgo Vine can be adapted to high ceilings and sloped ceilings before it leaves our factory.
Each chandelier comes with 150 cm (59.1″) suspension cords. Over a dining table this suits most ceilings up to about 3.1 m (10 ft).
Longer cords
For double-height rooms, high ceilings and stairwells, we can supply longer cords made to the length you need.
Sloped ceilings
Installing under a vaulted or sloped ceiling? We can customise the mounting so the chandelier still hangs perfectly level.
How to order a custom version: contact us before you order with your ceiling height, the drop you want, or your ceiling slope. We will confirm the details and lead time for you.

Questions customers ask
Size and placement
Which length do I need for my table?
Choose a chandelier about half to two-thirds the length of your table. The 100 cm (39.4″) size suits tables of roughly 150–200 cm (59–79″); the 148 cm (58.3″) size suits tables or islands of roughly 220–300 cm (87–118″). Leave at least 15 cm (6″) between each end of the chandelier and the edge of the table.
How high should I hang it?
Hang the lowest leaves about 75–90 cm (30–36″) above a dining table or kitchen island. In a room with a high ceiling you can go toward the upper end; over a walkway with no table below, keep at least 210 cm (83″) of clearance from the floor.
How long are the cords, and can I get longer ones?
The standard cords are 150 cm (59.1″). Hung 75–90 cm above a typical dining table, that suits ceilings up to about 3.1 m (10 ft). For higher ceilings, double-height rooms or stairwells, we can make longer cords to your required length; please contact us before ordering.
Can it be installed on a sloped or vaulted ceiling?
Yes. We can customise the mounting for sloped ceilings so the chandelier hangs level. Tell us the angle or pitch of your ceiling before you order and we will confirm the solution.
Can I use it over a kitchen island?
Yes. Its long, low profile (16 cm / 6.3″ tall) is designed for islands and dining tables. Use the 148 cm size for islands longer than about 220 cm.
Light and electrical
What bulbs does it use?
It uses G9 bulbs inside the opal glass globes, with a maximum of 40 W for the fixture. We recommend warm white (2700–3000K) G9 LED bulbs for a cosy glow, lower heat and long life.
Is it dimmable?
No. The standard version is on/off only and is not dimmable.
Will it work in my country?
Yes. It runs on AC 110–240 V, which covers the US, Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia and most other regions.
How is it installed?
Like most ceiling chandeliers, it is hardwired to a ceiling junction box under the gold canopy. For safety and local code compliance, we recommend installation by a licensed electrician.
Materials and care
What are the leaves made of?
The ginkgo leaves are ceramic with a smooth white finish. Ceramic keeps its colour and shape over time and will not yellow like some plastics.
Can I use it in a bathroom or outdoors?
No. It is rated IP20, which means it has no protection against water or moisture. Use it only indoors in dry rooms such as dining rooms, kitchens, living rooms and bedrooms.
How do I clean it?
Switch off the power and let the globes cool. Dust the leaves, branch and glass with a soft, dry cloth or feather duster. Avoid water and chemical cleaners on the gold finish, and handle the ceramic leaves gently.
Order and delivery
How long until it ships?
Each Ginkgo Vine chandelier is prepared at our factory with an average lead time of 5–10 working days before it ships. Delivery time after that depends on your destination.
