The package arrived securely wrapped and completely free of any damage. The actual product looks even more beautiful in person than it does in the photos! The color of the blades looks very natural, and the hemp rope is wrapped very tightly and neatly. I really love this natural aesthetic; compared to those cold, metallic-looking fans, this fixture makes my bedroom feel much cozier and warmer.
