Unboxing it felt like opening a luxury item. It came with all the necessary installation hardware and clear instructions. The construction is solid, the alabaster veining is naturally beautiful, and it’s definitely one of my favorite purchases for the house!
I installed it next to the mirror in the downstairs guest bathroom. The stone diffuses light evenly, creating a fantastic atmosphere when it’s the only light on at night.
You can tell right away that it’s genuine natural alabaster—the whole lamp has a solid, weighty feel. I bought a pair for either side of the bed in the master suite; the stone veining varies slightly between the two, and that natural, imperfect beauty actually makes them look even more luxurious.
The alabaster shade diffuses the light very evenly and softly. It doesn't feel harsh on the eyes, even when looking directly at it.
The lampshade is wonderfully flexible, and the material has a premium, textured feel to the touch. It looks beautiful now that it’s been hanging for a few days. If you’re still hesitating, just buy it—you won’t regret it!
