I purchased three of these lights, and unfortunately none of them can be installed due to multiple defects:
• Missing ground connection
• No UL or equivalent safety listing
• Excessive socket depth preventing proper bulb seating
• Mounting bracket misaligned with standard electrical boxes
I’ve attempted several times to initiate a return, but support has been unresponsive and unwilling to provide the return process- even though the product is defective and still within the 30‑day return window.
