All my concerns vanished once I received and installed it. The stone’s natural luster is something industrial coatings simply can't replicate. It hangs above my open-concept kitchen, and even when the light is off, its natural veining makes it look like a piece of sculptural art suspended in the air.
Beyond the stunning product itself, I want to highlight the service. I had a minor question during installation, and the customer service team provided a professional response very quickly. The quality of the fixture is flawless—the craftsmanship is refined, with absolutely no defects. You can really sense the care and dedication put into it.
Every piece of gypsum was impeccably protected. I contacted customer service for advice on installation height, and the response was both timely and professional.
I installed it in the dining room because its unique structure allows the light to focus effectively on the tabletop area. It is also easy to clean—just a gentle wipe with a slightly damp cloth does the trick.
