أسئلة حول هذا الضوء

What is the Vloer Floor Lamp made of, and is there any stone in it?

No stone is used in this design. The Vloer is built from metal, stainless steel and acrylic, with a polished chrome finish produced through polishing, cutting, welding and plating. The chrome surface reflects light around the room, while the acrylic carries the glow from the integrated LED. To keep the chrome bright, wipe it with a soft dry cloth and avoid water and household cleaners.

How tall is the Vloer Floor Lamp, and how much floor space does it need?

The Vloer comes in one size, listed as Dia 22 cm x H 146 cm. We are rechecking the inch conversion shown next to it, so please plan with the centimeter figures, or contact us and we will confirm the measurements in inches before you order. Place it near a power outlet; its sleek, clean-lined silhouette fits beside a sofa or reading chair.

What light color does the Vloer give, and can I dim it?

It uses an integrated LED in warm white, 3000K, and runs on AC 110-240V. Control is by a push button switch, and the lamp is not dimmable, so it gives a steady warm light rather than adjustable brightness. Because the LED is integrated, there is no separate bulb to choose. The polished chrome reflects the warm light for a soft ambient effect.

Which plug comes with the Vloer, and how long is the cord?

You can choose a US, UK, AU or EU plug when ordering; for a home in the United States, pick the US Plug. We supply a 59 in (150 cm) cord with a switch plug, and the cord can be extended on request, so let us know your layout before ordering. For the lamp's weight, please contact us before you order and we will confirm it.

How long until my Vloer Floor Lamp arrives in the US, and are there extra fees?

We prepare orders within 5–10 working days, then ship from our factory. Standard shipping is free, and most orders arrive within 20-30 natural days of ordering; expedited shipping takes 7-15 working days. We deliver to the contiguous United States, not to PO boxes. If customs ever charges you tax, send us the receipt and we will refund it.
