Currently, we offer deliveries across the USA only. we do not ship outside of the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Shipping Charge:
We have 2 shipping methods, the billing methods are as follows:
Standard shipping: Free Shipping On All Orders to the United States.
Expedited shipping: Shipping rates vary based on the shipping option you choose, as well as the weight, dimensions, destination and other factors of your order. You can check the exact shipping cost at checkout.

Processing or Handling Time :
The processing time begins from the date you place your order. It usually takes 2 to 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday) to process your order. Once we’ve processed it, we can then ship it.
Transit Time:
Standard shipping: Generally, It takes 5 to 8 Business days (Monday to Friday).
Expedited shipping: (9-18 business days).
Incorrect address:
Please make sure the shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages and related costs due to you providing an incorrect address.
Multiple Addresses:

Change Address:
We cannot change the delivery address for your order once the product is in transit. If you need to change the delivery location of your order, please contact us within 3 days of placing the order by at email: support@vidirlighting.com or at call: +1 213-770-8807
Cancel Order:
You have 3 days after placing your order to seek a cancellation. Contact us as soon as possible at support@vidirlighting.com
After shipment or transit, if you want to cancel the product, you'll have to pay for return shipping and there is no restocking fee.
Order Tracking:
We provide order tracking for all shipments. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package through our website Order Tracking page and also you can track your order use by order number and email through our website Order Tracking page. We prefer to use our tracking number to track your order.
Delayed:
However, there are some cases of delay. We will contact you immediately if the order is delayed for more than 13 business days.
