Warranty Policy
We help safeguard your purchases beyond our 30-Day No Questions Asked Refund Policy with a 1-Year limited product warranty (bulbs are not included).
Within 1 year, if there is any quality issues for the installed products, please send pictures and videos with your order number and the description of the issues to Support@Vidirlighting.com, our engineer will reply you within 24 hours. (Notes: Providing it was properly installed, maintained, and has not been altered or customized).
If the issue is caused by the accessories that does not work, free replacement will be sent by express. For other issues such as circuit issues or any other complicate reasons, our engineer will help to figure out the problem, and help to figure out where the problem is, solve the problems with 1~2 business days.
Note: Vidirlighting warranty does not apply to items that have been incorrectly installed, stored, or misused including improper maintenance, incorrect lamping, or fluctuations of the supply voltage. etc. The customers need to follow the installation instructions. properly use or calanthe items so that they are subject to the warranty.
After 1 year, the replacement is still free, you just need to pay the freight cost to send the replacement, and we will still providing technical support to help you to solve issues you are having.
