How Long is the Warranty Period?- The warranty period is valid for two (2) years from the date of the original purchase from vidirlighting.com and is valid provided the product is only used in accordance with the product’s user manuals and technical specifications.
- Products included in the e-shop are in the limited and exclusive edition. Eventual reorder is not guaranteed.

I Can't Complete the Purchase, What Can I Do?
If you can’t check out or the “place order” button isn’t working, please consider the following suggestions:
- If your checkout is a little grayed out, it usually means you may have some information missing.
- If this doesn’t resolve your issues, using a different device/browser may help. Our website is designed to work with Internet Explorer, but if you’re using an older version of Internet Explorer, sometimes certain aspects of checkout won’t display or function properly.

- Please check your spam folder since the confirmation email might be mistaken as junk mail and end up in there. The order confirmation should be sent right away, but there can be a delay. - It only takes 3 days, or less, for the customer to receive credit for the refund. Many banks hold the authorization for 48 hrs to allow for the vendor to submit it.

How Do I Calculate the Shipping Costs?
- Standard Shipping: Most orders are received in 4-6 weeks from order to delivery., free of charge.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery in 2-4 weeks days. An additional $100 is required. Please note Oversized items cannot use express shipping.
Can I Track My Order?
- Once the order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email from the courier with the tracking number. You can get detailed tracking information through 17track Order Tracking.
How Do I Return a Product?

Will I Be Contacted Before Delivery?
- You will receive a confirmation order and then you will receive an email once the product will be shipped
What Happens if Nobody is There to Receive the Delivery?
- Our courier will send you a message the evening before the delivery. If you know that you will not be home to receive the delivery, you can leave a note for the delivery guy or girl, stating that he/she can drop the package off at the neighbors.
- However, there is no guarantee that the delivery guy or girl will read and follow the instructions on the note. In this case, you will find a receipt with the instructions to plan another delivery.
Can I Change Shipping Address After Order Confirmation?
- No, you cannot. You can change the shipping address if it is in the same Country selected during the order placement.
