We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after delivery of the item to request a return. Refund requests for any reason will not be accepted after 30 days

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

After shipment or transit, if you want to exchange the product, you'll have to pay for return shipping and there is no restocking fee. If you want to exchange something after you've received it, you must keep all of the items and their packaging until your exchange request is approved. If your replacement product is temporarily out of stock, we will let you know as soon as it arrives, or we may suggest an alternative.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage or any issues, you should contact us. If your item(s) do arrive damaged or with any issues please send photos of the damage, and issues along with a brief description of the damage to support@vidirlighting.com

Photos and videos must be sent for freight damage within 24 hours of arrival or the freight damage claim will not be valid.
