Choose a chandelier about half to two-thirds the length of your table. The 100 cm (39.4″) size suits tables of roughly 150–200 cm (59–79″); the 148 cm (58.3″) size suits tables or islands of roughly 220–300 cm (87–118″). Leave at least 15 cm (6″) between each end of the chandelier and the edge of the table.

Hang the lowest leaves about 75–90 cm (30–36″) above a dining table or kitchen island. In a room with a high ceiling you can go toward the upper end; over a walkway with no table below, keep at least 210 cm (83″) of clearance from the floor.

The standard cords are 150 cm (59.1″). Hung 75–90 cm above a typical dining table, that suits ceilings up to about 3.1 m (10 ft). For higher ceilings, double-height rooms or stairwells, we can make longer cords to your required length; please contact us before ordering.

Yes. We can customise the mounting for sloped ceilings so the chandelier hangs level. Tell us the angle or pitch of your ceiling before you order and we will confirm the solution.

Yes. Its long, low profile (16 cm / 6.3″ tall) is designed for islands and dining tables. Use the 148 cm size for islands longer than about 220 cm.

It uses G9 bulbs inside the opal glass globes, with a maximum of 40 W for the fixture. We recommend warm white (2700–3000K) G9 LED bulbs for a cosy glow, lower heat and long life.

No. The standard version is on/off only and is not dimmable.

Yes. It runs on AC 110–240 V, which covers the US, Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia and most other regions.

Like most ceiling chandeliers, it is hardwired to a ceiling junction box under the gold canopy. For safety and local code compliance, we recommend installation by a licensed electrician.

The ginkgo leaves are ceramic with a smooth white finish. Ceramic keeps its colour and shape over time and will not yellow like some plastics.

No. It is rated IP20, which means it has no protection against water or moisture. Use it only indoors in dry rooms such as dining rooms, kitchens, living rooms and bedrooms.

Switch off the power and let the globes cool. Dust the leaves, branch and glass with a soft, dry cloth or feather duster. Avoid water and chemical cleaners on the gold finish, and handle the ceramic leaves gently.

Each Ginkgo Vine chandelier is prepared at our factory with an average lead time of 5–10 days before it ships. Delivery time after that depends on your destination.
